    1. Ingredients: Rice flour (50%), sugar (42%), starch, salt, combined flavours….
    2. Instructions:

    Foam cake mix: 460g (1 pack)

    Add: Water: 500g (500ml)

             Dried yeast (available in the pack): 1 pack

             Cooking oil (Soya oil): 1 soup spoon

    Step 1: Put Foam cake mix, sugar, sweet dry enzyme and water into a big bowl, stir well until the mixture is fine, no clots.

    Step 2: Incubate the dough in 90 – 120 minutes until the dough expands and bubbles up. Take the mixture out and put in one table spoon of cooking oil or soya oil, stir well. Pour the mixture into the mould, steam it on big fire about 5 – 10 minutes (depending on the mould, if the mould is big, steam it longer).

    Step 3: When it gets cold, take it out of the mould.

    How to test if the cake is cooked: put the toothpick into the cake, when taking out, if there is nothing sticking the toothpick, the cake is cooked.

    Note: The mix can be baked or steamed (as desired preferred).
