1. Ingredients: Rice flour (54%), starch (40.8%), pandan flavour (5%), salt (0.2%)
2. Instructions:
Banh lot powder: 1 pack (7.76 oz)
Add: water: 1 liter
First step: Take the Banh lot powder mingled with 1 litre of water and stir up.
Second step: Boiling mixture by low fire about 4 - 5 minutes, stir it up until it becomes transparent jelly.
Third step: Pour jelly into the mould, press hard to make jelly pass through the holes of the mould. A basin of ice should be placed under the mould.
Note: * "Banh lot" powder should taste better if kept in iced water for 15 - 20 minutes after finishing.
* This premix powder can be used for making Banh lot used in preparing sweet meat or cooking ordinary daily meals. |
