1. Ingredients: Wheat flour (80%), sugar (17%), whole milk powder (1.6%), raising agent (E500ii) (1.2%), salt (0.2%)
2. Instructions:
Dumpling flour MJ-535: 400g
Add: - Water (or fresh milk): 150 - 160 ml
- Dried yeast (available in the packet): 1 pack
Step 1: Pour the dried yeast into 150 - 160 ml of water ( or fresh milk) then stir for even melting. Take out 2 coffee spoons of dumpling powder for drying palms (to avoid sticky powder on palms), and pour the remaining dumpling powder into the mixture of yeast and water squeeze the dough hard for 20 - 25 minutes to make it fine and elastic.
Step 2: Flatten the mixture several times, incubate for 30 - 45 minutes, then steam for 20 - 25 minutes. |
