1. Ingredients: Wheat flour (48.8%), starch (43%), sugar (4%), salt (2%), sodium hydrogen carbonate (2%), monosodium glutamate (0.2%)
2. Instructions:
Step 1: Coat shrimps, crabs, fish, squid and other meats with dry powder.
Step 2: Stir up the mixture until a fine mixture is formed. Leave the mixture untouched for 5 - 10 minutes then coat the materials to fry with the mixture.
Step 3: Fry at the temperature 170 - 180oC until the mixture gets a beautiful metal yellow color.
Please note: You can adjust the amount of water according to the quantity of material and the thickness of the coat. |
