1. Ingredients: Wheat flour (80%), sugar (15.5%), starch (2%), sodium-hydrogen carbonate (E500il) (1.5%), cooking oil (1%) 
2. Instructions: 
     Step 1: Pour  Mikko 5600 into bowl according to proportion (100g mix powder add 70g  water). Evenly stir the mixture for 2 - 3 minutes until it becomes  homogeneous (without larger pieces). 
     Step 2: Pour the mixture into the paper mould already placed in the steamer. 
     Step 3: Steam  the cake. The time needed to finish depends on how much the powder is  poured into the mould. When the cake is finished, it will expand in  three attractive ways. (Time needed is about 15 - 25 minutes).
